Warranty and Return:

1. All of our products and accessories are tested by 3 times before shipping out.

2. Warranty is 12 months, if there is no Man-made problem, we will replace or repair for free. 1% extra device and spare parts will be provided for bulk order.

3. We can provide the best and promote after-sale service, if any problems happened, our support team will do our best to solve for customers quickly.

4. All the goods are inspected before shipment, so if you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can exchange the items within one week.

5. All Return items must be in its original conditions, including box and accessories. Man-made defects are not guaranteed, such as broken, scratched and so on.

6. Please send by EMS or your local post when send back.

Wisecardtech accepts one piece sample order for standard products. If OEM/ODM needed, please DM for more details.

Generally, sample can be shipped within 2-3 working days after payment. Big order lead time depends on the quantity, normally 1 to 4 weeks.
